We
began by creating a roadmap for Tim’s marketing efforts.
By working with Tim we helped him determine where he had
been, but more importantly, where he was going.
What were his goals for the next two years? For the next five years? Once we
had a solid roadmap, we could begin working on the most effective marketing
tools to help Tim move forward.

We
began with Tim's website. Instead of just
giving Tim’s existing site a new look, RIM
re-designed Tim’s website to become a Resource
Center for her existing and potential clients.
Details of The Crosby at Rancho Santa Fe living experience, home buying
advice and real estate law are just a few of the sections available to
visitors.
The goal was to offer a “one stop shop” to potential clients,
offering advice, hints and tips that cover subjects from buying to moving
to living in The Crosby at Rancho Santa Fe. |

RIM
re-engineered Tim’s website to include streaming
videos with showcase video tours of her homes for sale.
Whether potential clients live across the street or around the world,
these videos tour allow 24/7 virtual access inside all of Tim’s
homes. Homes are sold as a direct result of RIM’s streaming home
video tours.
